The whole point of a custom build is that the finished cart matches what you actually planned. At Cowboy Carts, every personal cart starts from a blank spec sheet. You pick the body style, color, seating, wheels, audio, and accessories. We build it.
What You Can Spec
Body style and color. Solid color finishes, two-tone combinations, and vinyl wraps are all available. Matte, satin, and gloss finishes come up in the conversation when you sit down with us. If you are working from a specific fleet livery or brand colorway, bring it in and we will work through it.
Seating. Two-passenger and four-passenger configurations are standard. Larger seating layouts are available on applicable models. Material choices include vinyl in multiple color options, with premium upholstery available.
Wheels and tires. Street, turf, and all-terrain packages. Lifted builds pair with larger all-terrain tires. Street builds use standard-profile setups for smooth pavement. You pick the look and function together at the start of the build.
Audio. Bluetooth speakers, amplifiers, and weatherproof audio systems can be added to any build. Specify during the order process and it goes in before delivery.
LED lighting. Under-glow, headlight upgrades, tail light packages, and accent lighting are available. Street-legal and off-road lighting configurations differ depending on how the vehicle will be used.
Windshields and enclosures. Hard and soft enclosure options extend the use season. Windshield styles vary by body configuration; ask about what fits your specific build.
Cargo beds and utility accessories. Cargo flatbeds, tow hitches, and utility boxes are available on applicable platforms. If your use case involves carrying equipment or materials alongside passengers, spec the cargo configuration in from the start.
How the Build Process Works
Come in or call with a general direction. We walk through the spec sheet together, confirm what is available for the platform you want, and place the order. All builds are made to order. No parts sourced on the fly after the fact.
